Terms and Conditions

• Identification must be shown on arrival i.e. Driving Licence/Passport.
• Credit/Debit Cards Accepted. 2.5% charge on all Non-UK cards and all UK credit cards.
• Balance of payment to be made 28 days prior to arrival.
• Cheques must be received 28 days prior to arrival.
• £10.00 Key Deposit required for chalet and static bookings only. (Refundable on departure).
• A £90.00 security deposit will be required for Chalet and Static hire. Unit will be inspected on your departure and if no
• loss/damage found this deposit will be refunded in full.
• We reserve the right to deduct cleaning charges as necessary from this deposit if unit not left in an acceptable condition.
• Cancellation Charges: 21 days in advance of arrival – Full Refund, 14 days in advance of arrival – 50% refund, 7 days in
• advance of arrival – No refund.
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• *Strictly No Refunds for payments received in advance once registration completed on day of arrival*
• Your accommodation will be available from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival.
• Unless you notify us of a late arrival, your booking will be held until noon the following date at which time the booking
• will be deemed cancelled.
• Chalets and static caravans must be vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure.
• Requests for adjacent accommodation will be subject to availability.
• Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead by a responsible adult.
• Any persons using the facilities do so at their own risk and the company will not accept liability for loss/damage to
• persons and/or property.
• Our park imposes a silence after 11.00pm rules and guests are asked to comply.
• We reserve the right to terminate a booking without compensation when there is unreasonable behaviour.

In the event of Adverse/Severe Weather Conditions:

• It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all practical measures have been taken to reduce the risk of burst pipes etc.
• by ensuring that the unit has ample electricity supply, that during adverse weather the boilers are left on constant (radiators
• left on at No. 2 minimum) – cold taps left running constantly. You must notify reception immediately if you leave/go home for
• the weekend in order to allow us to ensure electric in unit and heating continues to work. All charges incurred due to your
• failure to carry out the above will be invoiced to you for all necessary repairs.
